1. How EchoFrame is delivered
After production, you receive an email with:
- A high-resolution printable artwork file (PDF and PNG).
- A unique QR code that plays back the recorded voice message when scanned with any smartphone camera.
- A secure QR memory page hosted by EchoFrame, where the audio is played.
2. Typical turnaround
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days after all required personalization (photo, message, and voice recording if applicable) has been received. Most orders are delivered sooner.
3. Priority processing
Need it faster? When priority processing is available, you'll see the option at checkout. Priority orders are moved to the front of our production queue and typically deliver within one business day.
If your need is urgent and you don't see priority offered, email support@echo-frame.ai with your order number and target date — we'll do our best to accommodate you.
4. How to print your keepsake
Any home printer or local print shop can produce your EchoFrame. Standard frame sizes (5×7, 8×10, 11×14) are supported out of the box. For best results we recommend matte or satin photo paper.
5. QR hosting
Your playback page is hosted indefinitely as part of "lifetime QR hosting." There's nothing extra to install — scanning the QR code with any modern smartphone opens the playback page in the browser.
6. Notifications
You'll receive email updates at each milestone (order received, in production, ready). If you opted in to SMS at checkout, you'll also receive transactional text-message updates at those same milestones.
7. Questions about your order
