1. Order processing
Because EchoFrame™ products are personalized, all orders begin processing shortly after submission.
2. Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
- After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
3. Refunds
Because every EchoFrame is custom-created, personalized orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. If we make an error, we will gladly correct it.
We will also offer:
- Corrections if there is an error on our side.
- Support to ensure you receive a usable final product.
4. Quality guarantee
If your product is technically defective or not delivered, we will fix or reissue the product.
