1. EchoFrame™ content
The EchoFrame name, logo, site design, and all text and graphics on EchoFrame.ai are © EchoFrame.ai and its licensors. "EchoFrame" is a trademark of EchoFrame.ai. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish them without our written permission.
2. Your content
Photos, messages, and voice samples you upload remain yours. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to use them solely to create, deliver, and support your EchoFrame™ — nothing more.
3. Voice and likeness
EchoFrame does not clone, recreate, or imitate voices. Every keepsake plays only the original voice recording you submit. By submitting a photo or voice recording, you confirm that:
- You have the right to use the photo and the voice recording.
- The person depicted (or their family, where applicable) has agreed to the use.
- The keepsake will not be used to deceive, impersonate, or harm anyone.
We may decline orders if we have reason to doubt that permission has been given, and we may ask for written confirmation.
4. Music & third-party material
Don't include music, lyrics, or other third-party material in your message unless you own it or have a license to use it. We may remove or refuse such content.
5. Reporting infringement
If you believe content on EchoFrame.ai infringes your copyright or violates a person's right of publicity, send a notice to legal@echo-frame.ai including:
- Your name and contact details.
- A description of the work or person whose rights you believe were violated.
- The URL or order reference where the content appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
6. Counter-notices
If we remove content based on a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to legal@echo-frame.ai.
7. Repeat infringers
We will suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
