No. EchoFrame is a personalized digital keepsake. You receive a high-resolution digital file with your unique QR code that you can print and place into any frame you choose.
How does the QR code work?+
Simply scan the personalized QR code with your smartphone camera to hear the recorded voice message. No app is required.
What do I receive?+
Your completed order includes: a high-resolution printable artwork, a personalized QR code, secure voice playback, digital delivery, and lifetime QR hosting (based on current service terms).
How long does delivery take?+
Orders are typically completed within 2–3 business days after all required files have been received.
What photo formats do you accept?+
We accept common image formats including JPG, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC.
What audio formats do you accept?+
We accept MP3, M4A, WAV, and Voice Memo recordings.
How long can my recording be?+
Recording length depends on your tier — EchoFrame Premium: up to 30 seconds · EchoFrame Signature: up to 1 minute · EchoFrame Timeless: up to 3 minutes · EchoFrame Legacy: up to 5 minutes.
Do I need a special app?+
No. Simply use your smartphone camera to scan the QR code.
Can I use my own frame?+
Yes. EchoFrame is designed to fit almost any frame style. Choose one that matches your occasion and personal taste.
Can I order more than one?+
Yes. Each keepsake is individually personalized.
Can I send EchoFrame as a gift?+
Yes. Since your keepsake is delivered digitally, you can print, frame, wrap, and present it however you'd like.
Can I edit my order?+
Changes can be made before production begins. Once personalization has started, edits may be limited.
Are personalized orders refundable?+
Because every EchoFrame is custom-created, personalized orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. If we make an error, we'll gladly correct it.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. Customer uploads are securely stored and processed using encrypted services. We never sell customer information.
Can someone else hear my recording?+
Only people who have access to your QR code can hear your recording.
Does EchoFrame clone voices?+
No. EchoFrame only plays the original recording you upload. EchoFrame does not clone, recreate, or imitate voices. Every keepsake uses the original voice recording you submit.
