1. What we send
If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages of these types:
- Order confirmations
- Production updates (e.g. "your EchoFrame is in production")
- Delivery notifications (e.g. "your EchoFrame is ready")
- Support updates in response to a question you raised
We do not send marketing, promotional, or third-party messages. SMS consent is never a condition of purchase — email-only delivery is always available.
2. How to opt in
Opt-in happens through the unchecked checkbox on our checkout page. The exact language you agree to is:
"I agree to receive transactional SMS updates regarding my EchoFrame order, production status, and delivery notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance."
We log each consent event (email, phone number, timestamp, consent text version, and order ID) for compliance purposes.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies by order. A typical order generates 2–4 transactional messages from purchase through delivery.
4. Costs
Message & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. EchoFrame does not charge you for SMS messages.
5. Opting out (STOP)
Reply STOP at any time to any EchoFrame SMS to immediately stop further messages. You can also email support@echo-frame.ai to revoke consent. Opting out of SMS does not affect order email notifications.
6. Getting help (HELP)
Reply HELP at any time to any EchoFrame SMS to receive contact information for support, or email support@echo-frame.ai.
7. Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.
8. Privacy
Phone numbers collected for SMS are stored securely and used only to send the transactional messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share customer phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
